New Books? Yeah, you read that correctly. I have new books. Books that you have not seen yet. Cover reveal for Draoithe: Dragon Masters - Tomorrow. It will be going live on March 23.
Later this week, I will be rolling out the information on the short read miniseries Dread Allies. We are going to go live on Amazon soon with 14 new titles coming out.
I can't wait. Y'all just don't know. It is rather exciting to see my work come to light. I hope you like the miniseries. I have really enjoyed it. It took me forever to get it right. I actually started Dread Allies two summers ago. I originally thought it would be a novel, but it got out of control. Seriously, I just kept writing on it. The story got bigger and bigger. So a whole spinoff series emerged.
I have a similar situation with Eyrie Iolair, and the Duet books I thought I was writing might have turned into an umbrella affair. Since that is too confusing even for me, I will fill you in better when I get it sorted out.
In other news behind the scenes at Draoithe, I am rolling out the Storyboard Preview for The Dark Gift this week. It is ready, I just have to begin the process for posting to all the sites and add it to my webpage. So one more down and a few more to go. YouTube is starting to look like a viable landing spot for Draoithe. If you have not visited yet, check it out. Subscribe now so you don't miss the new things that are coming soon!
I have to note my latest book to go Live on Amazon, Filth and Death is available now. It is FREE with Kindle Unlimited! Grab this massive awesome story at the debut price, 20% off of the regular cost. Frank Grimes is filth and he should be dead. The question is, Who kills him? This is the story of the character you love to hate and hate to love. The longer I think about it, the more I believe that this might be the best book of the series.
Let me know what you think. I love reviews. I know you think they are hard, but just write what you think. Even just 'I liked it', 'Glad I read it', or 'Waiting on the next book' would work. Please, I don't mind begging. Please don't skip writing reviews. Not just on my books, but on any books you read. They help other readers and the authors. If you want to continue to see quality work produced by an author that you like to read, reviews matter. If you have questions, suggestions or general comments about the books, writing, publishing, or marketing, drop me a line. I am a real person. I enjoy discussing what I do, and as an Independent author, I am willing to share what I have learned if it would help someone else in their author walk. I am not any kind of expert, but I have and am learning a whole lot. I would love some company along the journey.
Welcome to Ophelia Kee Speaks. This is a blog chronicling my independent author walk. The journey into the dream has been a life-changing experience as I try to become a full-time writer and leave the professional world behind me. In my blog each day, you will find information on the ‘behind the scenes’ for writing contemporary adult fantasy fiction and paranormal romance stories set in the dream. I will speak on topics detailing with my writing, publishing, promotion, and marketing as well as social media dealing with my books, book trailers, book launches, book art, music, audio, and video, as well as shameless self-promotion. I am not an expert and am not claiming to be one. I am simply one writer offering a glimpse of my struggle to become a successful independent author. Thank you for considering my words.
